Titan Contracting was originally founded in Delaware with a focus on quality craftsmanship, customer service, and integrity. As the company grew, we discovered our true passion—building outdoor spaces where families gather and make lasting memories.

That passion led to the creation of Titan Decks, our North Carolina-based sister company dedicated exclusively to deck building and outdoor living.

What started as a general contracting business has evolved into a specialized team focused on designing and building custom decks that fit each homeowner’s lifestyle. We carry forward the same core values that built Titan Contracting—putting customer service and integrity first, while delivering exceptional attention to detail on every project.

My journey to building Titan Decks wasn’t a straight line, but it was always driven by a fascination with how things are made and how people are treated. Born in New Jersey and having lived across the Tri-State area—from PA to Delaware—I’ve seen a lot of different landscapes, but I finally found my true home here in North Carolina.

For me, business isn’t just about the ‘build’; it’s about the relationship. I am a lifelong student of business and customer service, constantly looking for ways to make the process smoother, more transparent, and more enjoyable for the families we work with. I believe that if you treat people right and obsess over the details, the rest takes care of itself.

When I’m not on a job site or diving into a new business book, my life revolves around the people and animals I love. I’m big on family and value the time I get to spend catching up with friends. You’ll also usually find me outdoors with my dogs—they keep me grounded and remind me why we build these outdoor spaces in the first place: to create a sanctuary for the ones (and paws) we love most.

My project ran into multiple delays with the county permitting process, none of which were Titan Decks’ fault. What impressed me most was how they handled it. We had a great experience with Titan Decks, especially working with Kyle and his brother Josh. From the beginning, they listened carefully to what we wanted and worked with us to come up with an affordable price. They even made renditions of what our finished deck would look like, which was very helpful in visualizing the project.
They did much more than just build the deck. They installed stone siding, stone window sills, and trim around the windows and the door facing the deck. They also took care of several carpentry repairs, including replacing and repairing rotten wood.
Kyle and Josh worked hard throughout the project and communicated very well with us. When a few issues came up, they came back and took care of them, which we really appreciated.
We are very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend Titan Decks. They did a good job, were responsible and responsive, listened to what we wanted, and made sure the project was done right.

We recently had a deck built by Titan Decks LLC, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the project. They checked in regularly, kept us updated on progress, and were always available to answer questions.
One thing I really appreciated was how much time they spent helping us understand our options. They showed us different material choices, explained the pros and cons, and worked with us to come up with a design that fit what we wanted at a fair price. The best part is that the finished deck looks just like the design we agreed on.
What stood out the most was how they treated our project. It was probably a smaller job compared to some of the larger projects they do, but we never felt that way.
